Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Richly on iOS devices that you own or control.

This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Richly offers an annual subscription priced at $9.99 USD per year (price may vary by region). New users receive a 3-month free trial.

Subscriptions are billed annually through your Apple ID and will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

New users are eligible for a 3-month free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

After the trial period ends, you will need to subscribe to continue accessing all features. If you do not subscribe, you can still access your data in read-only mode.

Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically limited to one per Apple ID.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activity that occurs under your Apple ID
• The accuracy of financial data you enter into the app
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using Richly

Richly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Richly is a tool for tracking and organizing your financial information. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on data in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Richly at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Richly at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Continued use of Richly after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
